Coaching
There are two different types of Coaching- being and doing.
“Being” coaching is often described as life coaching or spiritual coaching. This relates to working on your “inner” self. Examining and working on your values, self-beliefs, self-confidence and self-esteem.
“Doing” coaching is described as performance coaching. This relates to helping the client set up clear realistic goals, forming a plan of action and supporting them in reaching these goals.
Both of these are equally important and inter-related. A change in one leads to a change in the other and this is where Jodechi’s expertise comes in.
Rather than dwelling on the past and going over 'old ground' of past-relationships and familiar patterns of behaviour, Jodechi will concentrate on what is happening in your life right now; what thought patterns are holding you back from fulfilling your full potential; how do you feel about yourself? Where is your self-esteem? If your self-confidence increased 10 fold, what is truly possible? What stops you feeling fantastic each day and waking with an insatiable appetite to do the work you love and get paid to do it?
Jodechi will mentor, motivate, inspire and empower you to truly create the life you have always wanted and deserve. She will help you to get in touch with your inner power - that strength that lies within, of true self-reliance and of knowing what is possible and how to achieve it by oneself. Her style of coaching is 'directive', in that she will offer opinions on a course of actions, the negative thought process holding you back, speech patterns or seemingly insurmountable barriers preventing progress. Her style is of positive encouragement to reach your full potential without judgement.
A typical 60-minute session might involve what a person would like to achieve. Once established, goals can be discussed and set, challenges to these goals can be assessed and often new perspectives can be realised, so you come to the understanding that with a willingness to change coupled with a fervent desire to succeed, anything is possible.

I have been seeing Jodechi for a little over a year, and this past year has been the most transformational I have ever had in my life. If only I had known her sooner.
I found Jodechi on google, seeking from her to help me live a more spiritual life at a time for me which was a great crisis. I had lost my father's inheritance through making poor decisions, I was cheated out of my home only recently having returned to the UK after 18 months abroad, and I was at a complete loss of my sense of being.
My transformation began in my first powerful session in her warm and inviting home. I vividly recall being physically shaken at my core by her words, and I came away knowing very clearly the changes I needed to make in every area of my life, and I went away and did every one of those things. This past year I have gone through court and fought all the way to reclaim my home, I am on the verge of receiving an out of court settlement for monies owed to me, I found a job, and within six months I received a pay rise equivalent to a third of my salary, I have brought in business at a level I have never managed to do before.
I am now more at peace with myself, however I know my transformation is far from complete; I have much to learn from Jodechi's continued wisdom and guidance. I always look forward to every visit which is always fun, packed full of herbal tea, and as I come away, I know that where I follow her advice I always generate massive personal and spiritual growth.

Just wanted to say thank you because I'm progressing and finding out more about myself than I ever could have done on my own. You've helped me tremendously, and it's not over yet. I think it's amazing what you do.
I also find it amazing that you remember so much about what we've talked about - anything from early conversations or little snippits I have said, I don't know how you do that with a large number of clients. It really makes the biggest difference.
