I'm excited by the future not frightened.

I came to see Jodechi to help my son. It became clear that to help him I needed to help myself first and deal with my own negative issues. I had been to see other people in the past but the issues were still there just neatly packed into bags, sitting quietly.

The difference with Jodechi is she actually kicks those neatly packed bags completely out of your system! They really do go and with that is a wonderful clarity of thought that allows you to confidently go back to your life knowing what to do. I'm excited by the future not frightened. I had all but given up

I have been a type 2 Diabetic for seven years. I take two different types of insulin daily. I am also clinically obese, with a history of heart disease in my immediate family. I had all but given up on my situation.

Jodechi has become my life style coach. We have discussed the food choices for myself and the exercises to do that are best suited for me.
